If, when you receive your order, it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship,
you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange,
or full refund. Returns must receive prior authorization, so please contact us for approval.
Allowable returns for any other reason are subject to restocking fees. Shipping is not
refundable. Personalized items, all food items, or customized orders are not returnable
unless damaged in shipping. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt.

The posted prices for shipping are approximate. Actual shipping charges will be determined by
the package dimensions and destination zip code. In some cases, the actual shipping charges
may be more or less than the posted prices.

**Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST will be produced for shipment that same day.

We have made Heat-Safe Shipping your only option when ordering chocolates. We ship your
chocolates late and make sure they arrive early the next morning so the shortest time possible
is taken up in transit. In addition, your favors are packed in a lined box with ice packs for
During the scorching height of summer, though, if the box is neglected once it's delivered,
melting may occur. To help protect against melting, we ask that you:
Provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package and place
it in a cool, safe place. Chocolates left on your front doorstep all day are sure to melt.
When storing your chocolates, keep them in a cool, dry area away from the sun.
Because of our careful packing methods we are able to safely ship chocolates all year
long provided you make the proper arrangements once the package has been delivered. In the
event that your chocolates happen to arrive damaged by heat, please contact us immediately
and we will arrange for a replacement.
If you ordered Express Mail by Federal Express and were giving a delivery date and the
package arrived late, your money will be refunded for shipping expenses. We cannot issue
a refund for merchandise if your order arrives late, so please order with plenty of time
to spare for replacement or a delivery failure. If you were not available to sign for a scheduled
delivery, this does not constitute a late delivery. Please be available to sign for your
package or have it delivered to someone or some place that it may be signed for.
Please make sure that the gift recipient will be available to receive the package.
If the package contains chocolates and was delivered on time, but the recipient was out of town
or not available to accept the package, we will not be responsible for replacing the chocolates
if they are melted.
Wrong Address Provided
If you provide us with the wrong address and your package is returned to us, we will re-direct
your package with the correct address you provide, but we will not be responsible for the additional
postage required. We will bill your credit card or you will have to send a check or money order for
the original amount of shipping again. We will have to repackage your order to ensure that the
contents are not damaged.
If your package was returned to us because you left a notification or the package is marked
unclaimed with the correct address or the package was delivered during a vacation period, we
must apply shipping charges again if you want the package redirected to you or to another address.
We will bill your credit card or you will have to send a check or money order for the original
amount of shipping again. If you refuse a package that you did indeed order, we do not offer refunds.
Your package will be redirected to you at your expense.
